The delivery unit is a bot they call Jo, built on UiPath licences with ABBYY OCR where documents need reading, hosted on Cevitr's infrastructure and billed as a subscription rather than a licence plus project. Most published work sits in finance: invoice processing into SAP, journal creation, payment reconciliation, compliance uploads. Kier's Dan Foley states 35 automated processes and 99.8% right-first-time over three years. Newer writing adds generative AI, but the firm is direct that RPA still does the execution.
