Why this exists
The problem we kept running into
If you want to hire someone to implement AI in your business, the search is miserable. Listicles are pay-to-play and years out of date. Directories rank whoever paid the most. Everyone claims to be an expert, and there is no easy way to tell a genuine implementer from a freshly rebranded web shop.
We built the roster to fix one narrow thing well: separating providers who can show real, checkable evidence of implementation work from those who cannot. That is the entire promise. No rankings for sale, no rotting listicles, no confident claims we cannot back up.
How it works
Harvest, vet, tier, refresh
Harvest
We gather AI implementation providers from public sources: their own sites, vendor partner programs, review platforms, and independent directories. Public information only, nothing behind a login.
Vet the evidence
Each provider is checked against five independent evidence signals: vendor certifications, named case studies, third-party reviews, cross-listings, and a public trail of real work.
Assign a tier
Listed is the floor. Verified means at least two of the five signals check out. Roster Picks are a hand-reviewed top few per vertical. Ordering is driven by an evidence score, never by payment.
Show freshness
Every profile carries a public last-verified date, and evidence older than two years counts for less. Directories rot; ours is built to show its age honestly.

How we make money
Not by selling placement. Ever.
The moment ranking is for sale, a roster like this is worthless, so we will never sell it. Position on a page is earned through evidence and nothing else.
Revenue, when it comes, will come from optional features for providers who claim their profile: richer profiles, enrichment, and lead routing. None of those will ever move a provider up a page or into a tier. If we cannot make the business work without selling rank, that is our problem to solve, not a line we will cross.

Where we are
New, and honest about it
The Expert Roster launched in 2026 with 367 vetted providers and is growing. We would rather ship a smaller roster we can stand behind than a padded one we cannot. Some verticals are deeper than others, claiming is still being rolled out, and we will keep saying so plainly as we build.
If a provider should be here and is not, it usually means we have not seen the evidence yet. Point us at it and we will take a look. If something is wrong, we fix or remove it on request. Every change we make to the roster is logged in the roster updates, and our independence commitments are written down in full.
