Eclipse AI Consulting is an Oxford company, incorporated in September 2024, that implements enterprise service platforms. Its main platform is ServiceNow, where it works on CSDM and CMDB data foundations, risk and compliance builds for DORA and NIS, and AI agents. It has since added a Freshservice practice. ServiceNow's partner finder has a page for the firm at the Registered tier. The Freshworks partnership is the firm's own claim. It also builds its own delivery tools, including SOLO, an agent that automates CSDM work. Thirteen people are named on the leadership page. No client or case study is published. Nine technical articles run from April 2025 to May 2026, and its downloadable guides still read 'Coming soon'.
