FWF runs automation and AI programmes for large organisations, from process discovery through build to managed support afterwards. Founded in 2017, headquartered in London, delivering from Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest and Breda, and now part of the Romanian AROBS Group. UiPath named it an Agentic Automation Fast Track Partner in July 2025. Eight case studies carry real numbers. One describes 22,000 VAT invoices downloaded and filed over a single weekend for a UK bank, built in eight weeks. None of the eight names its client. The firm is a supplier on the UK G-Cloud 14 framework at £614 per unit per day, the only price it publishes. Homepage counters pin pound figures to three named companies, with no case study behind them.
