FWF by AROBS

FWF runs automation and AI programmes for large organisations, from process discovery through build to managed support. It was founded in 2017, is based in London, delivers from Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest and Breda, and belongs to the Romanian AROBS Group. Work runs mainly on UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, with Celonis and OutSystems alongside. FWF announced in July 2025 that UiPath had named it an Agentic Automation Fast Track Partner. Eight case studies are published, none naming its client; one reports 22,000 VAT invoices filed over a weekend for a UK bank. FWF sells to UK government through G-Cloud 14 at £614 per unit per day.
