Gold Flamingo AI Solutions works with small businesses, nonprofits and public sector teams in western Massachusetts. The pattern is a workflow audit followed by a build. For 1Berkshire they replaced manual tracking of member social mentions across ten channels with a chatbot over the collected data, and 1Berkshire's digital marketing manager says the weekly job now takes about an hour. Co-founder Adam Graney helped shape the AI Summit series at Berkshire Community College, which BCC confirms on its own news page. Two repositories on the firm's GitHub account show the build side, one of them a Google Apps Script outreach system with 216 commits since June 2026. The site's blog stopped in May 2025.
