Grail Automation (Kreitter Inc.)

Grail Automation is a one-person integration consultancy run by Dave Kreitter, who started it in 2023 after solutions architect roles at Workato and Adobe Marketo. The work is CRM to ERP to billing integration, workflow automation, and master data cleanup, built in Workato or custom code. No client engagements are published. The homepage shows five logos with no story or number behind any of them, and there are no reviews anywhere. The inspectable evidence is code. Two GitHub repositories carry his own commits: three Workato SDK connectors in Ruby, and a Claude Code plugin marketplace of 19 plugins with 122 commits between February and July 2026. He holds four Workato certifications with working credential links.
