It started in Sydney in 2006 and lists offices in Melbourne, Perth, New Delhi and New York. Nine executives appear in video testimonials on the site, and four of them name their employer on the page: ANZ, ING, Water Corporation and Broadspectrum. The written case studies name no client. Each is a gated PDF describing an anonymous bank, utility or manufacturer, with percentage improvements attached. The firm reports automating more than 450 processes. Recognition from Gartner, Forrester, Deloitte, IDC and HfS is repeated across the site with no citation. Several pages have gone stale, and the homepage still leads with a 2023 event.
