Virtual Blue

Virtual Blue builds software robots and AI document reading for businesses in New Zealand and Australia. Most projects start in finance: accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation. Robots run on Blue Prism and Power Automate, and the firm's own Angelica AI pulls data from invoices and forms. Four directors are named on the site, including a machine learning director with a doctorate in computing. The firm reports more than 100 implementations. A May 2026 M2 Magazine feature names three clients with results the firm reports: Allevia Radiology automated 98% of its insurer invoices, Cambridge Clothing cut alteration turnaround by 57%, and Tropex got back 500 hours a year.
