Virtual Blue builds robotic process automation and AI document handling for businesses in New Zealand and Australia, most often in finance operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation. Delivery runs on Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate, with an in-house AI layer called Angelica AI that reads unstructured documents and hands structured data to the robots. Angelica is listed on Microsoft's marketplace as a contact-sales SaaS product. Four named directors lead the firm, one of them a machine learning director with a doctorate in applied computing.
