It reports spending 50 or more hours inside a client before writing code, and delivering a working system in about six weeks. Fees are flat, between $12,000 and $100,000 or more, and scoped in writing first. Ara Mamourian leads the firm and is the only person named. Five engagement write-ups give before and after figures for a law firm, a coffee chain, a marketing agency, a manufacturer and a coaching platform.
