Kaizen AI Lab is a three-person California consultancy founded by Don Ho, a lawyer, with a CTO and a growth lead. It sells operational audits, agent deployment, staff AI training and a generative-search marketing line called Adjacent Media. Its Clutch listing gives a $5,000 minimum project, a $300 an hour rate, 2 to 9 employees and 2026 as the founding year, and its FAQ says it targets companies at $5M to $100M revenue. The founder ships public code under his own handle: an MIT-licensed Claude plugin that classifies documents and flags PII for law firms, plus a published agent skill. There is no client, case study or review anywhere, and the Clutch profile holds zero reviews.
