BotsCrew builds custom AI agents, chatbots and internal assistants for mid-market and enterprise clients. Founded in Lviv in 2016 by Nazar Hembara, Max Gladysh and Oleh Pylypchak, all three still lead the company. US agency CourtAvenue bought a controlling stake in February 2025 and BotsCrew now runs inside its group, keeping its brand and its Ukrainian delivery team. Eleven case studies are published, each with its own page. Named ones include Kravet, S&B Filters, Pluggi and FIBA, whose 2023 World Cup chatbot logged about 73,000 conversations in two weeks. Clutch carries 39 reviews at 4.8. The firm reports 60 staff and 200 projects delivered. No vendor partner certification was found.
