Floorboard AI is Keanan Koppenhaver's one-person AI advisory service for digital agency owners. For $299 a month a client gets one 60-minute call and a shared Slack channel with replies within 24 hours, and can ask for a refund after the first call. He caps it at five clients. Koppenhaver is a longtime WordPress developer and former agency operator who spoke on AI for agencies at WordCamp Montclair in June 2025. One client, Nick McHenry of OneShop Retail, is quoted by name. The only worked example is unnamed: an agency content process the firm reports cut from about 10 hours a piece to under 5. This is advice and coaching more than done-for-you builds.
